Horrible company, *********************** listed a home without the owner's permission. We could not get in to see the home. We made an offer which was never presented to owner. It took 5 months of negotiating to finally get the home we desired. It appears that she made threats, changed locks, lied about the listing, harrassed the owner, ignored the buyer. Horrible Company! If you are a buyer run they play games. They won't open a house for you to see even if you drive 100s of miles
I only give a one star because there is not a Zero rating. I was referred a painter for inside and out as I desired to list with your concern. Bad mistake. I was quoted $ ****. Inside and out. My agent ********* was totally aware of the agreement as I was referred. She should not be held accountable as to being ****** by this con man. I paid him for the inside at ****.00, for a verbal agreement to $**** for inside and out. Get a goof meal you undernurnished pencil neck b**** Be prepared for a law suit
Moving to ******* from the midwest, I had my daughter check out a property listed by Hague Partners. As soon as I was in the area, I contacted the listing agent to view and purchase it. Not impressed with the service received. Yes, our homes sold. One sold just because it was listed and the agents did nothing more. The second sold, with many contingencies due to the poor communications regarding solar panels. Post possession was a nightmare and resulted in us caving and giving the Buyers even more money for a repair issue that was not found during their inspection and only discovered after we moved. Currently working with 72sold and they are horrible with communication! Days to respond to emails and texts - even though this is supposed to be a quick 2 week marketing. Said they set up a showing with registered buyers who want to do a walkthrough - no! They set up a showing with absolutely no buyers, or anyone coming. Getting ready to receive a quotation from them so the reviews are helpful
I was given promises about 72 sold that they could not keep. After my home was listed with 72 sold they didn't sell and then didn't do anything with the home. When I wanted to cancel with them they placed the home in a "temporarily taken off-market" status and wouldn't cancel. A full week after stating I want to cancel and still it can't be listed because of them. They are deceptive and use bait and switch tactics. When calling the broker company they choose to ignore and not communicate, rather leave the agents to try to make excuses for them. While the housing market is changing, had they listened to our requests when we started working with them, they may have given us different advice. If you use them, be clear and concise as to your position. It may not change much, as they are hardly regulated. Good luck
