Everybody is very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I was nervous before i went there. You guys did a great job.
I want to thank Dr. Burley, Cindy, Heather and all the staff at Hagerstown smiles for making my experience a great one. I'm ashamed to admit that I've put off going to the dentist for 12 years. I had a bad experience with the dentist many years ago and quite honestly I was scared to death to go back. I took my little girl today for her very first check up and I am still so pleased with our entire experience. The ladies at the front desk were all so sweet and helpful! Ashley was absolutely wonderful with my daughter who is only 3. She made her feel so at ease, (and momma too) and her interaction was phenominal! I will definitely be scheduling appointments for my husband and I in the near future. I cant thank the staff enough for welcoming us with open arms as new patients! Highly recommend this practice!
By far the best Dentist i've been to! Staff is awesome, from reception to hygenists to Dr.s, especially with young kids. I can't recommend them enough. Our whole family comes in from WVa to get our dental care here.
I don't think there is anyone out there more frightened of going to a dentist than me. I had major anxiety. It had been 10+ years since my last visit (not this dental practice) to a dentist & it always turned into a nightmare. Not the case with Dr Burley. He is awesome! Every staff member was so professional and understanding. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
