Great group of professionals!! Very clean office and great office staff!! Very friendly staff members!!
Love all the staff here! Everyone is so kind and patient especially with my children who have a bit of anxiety at the dentist.
A really relaxed atmosphere for a dentist appointment that I have never felt in my life and this was my first visit. I was able to schedule my appointment on line and a confirmation was sent to my cellphone which was very easy. Meeting with Katy, Heather and Dr. Brandy made me feel like a long time patient even though this was my first visit. As always, another lovely experience at Hagerstown Smiles. It was a little chilly in my room, but I already have one of their blankets so I refused to take another one (you keep it when you use it). It's nice that they have these accommodations so your experience is above and beyond all else. The tv's in the rooms are such a nice perk. I hardly focus at all on the cleaning because I want to see what sink the people pick for their new house! :)
I have enjoyed (all) my visits there as well and ALL the staff are so Nice and Very Friendly and they will also work with you (if) there is a payment or an insurance issue.
First visit, found everyone so very pleasant and kind. Dr Brandon explained everything in detail. The welcome bag of goodies was awesome. Would recommend them to anyone.
