I had an appointment with Dr. Kupfer last week. Scheduling the appointment was easy, she made sure that it was a convenient time for me. Her office is beautiful, located in Georgetown/Mill Basin. Dr. Kupfer has a pleasant demeanor and made me feel relaxed throughout the appointment. Before each test was administered, Dr Kupfer explained clearly what the purpose of each test is. I very much appreciate Dr. Kupfer's warm, welcoming manner, her willingness to explain every step thoroughly and clearly, and the apparent gratification she gets from her work. It's a pleasure dealing with someone who clearly takes pride in her work, and enjoys it!
Dr. Kupfer is very patient and thorough. She explained everything in a clear and precise manner and I look forward to our next visit when the hearing aides come in.
