Highly recommended. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism shown by Dr, Kupfer, as well as the concern and care for her patient's well being. Appointment scheduling was easy and straight forward and Dr. Kupfer was available by phone to answer multiple questions after the office visit.
she is very knowledgeable, and have the latest in technology equipment that i have not seen any place. you are not place in a small room like other hearing centers. she has a very nice & clean office. very impressive. Dr. Kupfer is a caring and knowledgeable professional who explains things clearly and patiently answers questions. Adjusting to hearing aids was easy thanks to the time she took making sure I understood how to use them. I have no hesitation about recommending her.
