Every visit is a pleasure, both in terms of personality and time and effort to get everything just right.
Dr. Kupfer spent a lot of time with us. I needed an audiological, hearing aids adjusted accordingly, and questions answered. She provided me with the report for me to give it to my ear specialist (I have a lot of problems with my ears).
When I visited Dr Kupfer she sat me down and explained all about the examination. Her office is immaculate. It was a very thorough exam. She fitted me with the perfect hearing aids. They are very comfortable and my hearing is amazing. Now when I go to the bank I can hear the teller behind the glass partition even with her mask on. Dr Kupfer has changed the quality of my life for the better. Thank you Dr Kupfer. You truly deserve 5 stars.
Very warm and caring Doctor
Dr. Kupfer was very professional and extremely helpful. She fitted new hearing aids that fit entirely in the ears. They sync with an app and can send sound from the tv directly to the hearing aids. She went through everything regarding the hearing aids and provided extras for my use. I recommend her in the highest terms.
Today I'd April 27th and I visited Dr. Kupfer Hadassah on April 8th and I'm still in a time zone reflecting on the personal attention she provided so caring and professional. What motivated me to try her was the reviews and O'Boy!!! Did she deliver above and beyond. She is such a lovely Doctor so personable and caring. She's my doctor for life.
All around excellent hearing doctor with a modern, clean office. She understood my issue right away and got me started with hearing aids that actually work. I have had the pleasure of see Dr. Kupfer as my audiologist since 2019 when I ordered my first hearing aid. From the first visit right up to my recent visit in February of 2022 Dr. Kupfer has been professional, experienced, knowledgeable and attentive to my particular needs and I would highly recommend Dr. Kupfer.
