Dr kupfer is very caring she helps you find the right hearing aid for your hearing problems she cares and she treats you like family. I would recommend her to my friends and family who might have hearing problems to go and see her and she will put them at ease.

very gentle, has a nice caring manner about herself. Gives very clear instructions that are easy to follow and shows you how to use equipment. Makes it very uncopmplicated and you can call as much as you like and she doesn't get upset. Also has a wonderful way how she treats the elderly and they don't feel intimadated.
Dr. Kupfer is a great audiologist. she is very knowledgeable and informative with an Easy bedside manner. I got an extensive hearing exam and great referrals I will definitely recommend her
