Dr. Kupfer is very knowledgeable, patient, and warm. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable with my devices and she is always available to help any time I call. The service is excellent! I wish her all the best in her practice.

Outstanding experience! I suspected hearing loss and put off going to see someone for months. Visiting Dr. Kupfer could not have been easier. Appointments run on time so I was seen right away and discussed my background and concerns. After an exam a series of tests were conducted and Dr. Kupfer explained the results and next steps. Dr Hadassah Kupfer exceeded my expectations as an audiologist. She was able to test hearing and ear pressures. Fitted hearing aids to make them more comfortable, lessons to care for them and even an app to fine tune the settings when needed. She is very knowledgeable and caring and wants to do what’s best for her clients. I highly recommend her if you want to get your hearing tested or have been thinking of getting hearing aids.
Since 2005 I had used a nationally known hearing aid company for my hearing evaluation and hearing aid needs. In 2020 I decided to see what other hearing aids were available and if I was getting the best value / care for dollars spent. I discovered Dr. Kupfer through my online research of other brands of hearing aids. What I liked best, in addition to her professionalism and attention to my needs, is that she represented more than one brand of hearing aids and was able to recommend a brand that was best suited to my needs.
I got hearing aids for the first time with Dr. Kupfer and she made the whole process so easy and helpful for me. What a drastic difference watching TV and hearing my family now! I highly recommend using Dr. Kupfer for all your audiology needs in Brooklyn.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kupfer. I was exposed to extremely loud music and was in great pain and distress about my hearing and she saw me on a Sunday. Dr. Kupfer was kind, highly competent, thorough and extremely patient testing and explaining what was going on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for any hearing concerns!
