Try not to break the law and maybe take some responsibility.
Refused to seat someone with a service dog unless they showed ID, which is not required by law. Unacceptable.
Great Food, great service, such a beautiful place and best of all... not expensive
They discriminate against people with disabilities which is illegal and they should be shut down for that! Not allowing well trained service dogs that people need to be safe is discrimination.
This restaurant likes to break federal law by denying a task trained service dog and their handler. They keep deleting negative reviews on the internet but the story is already out there and has been reported to the DOJ for violating the ADA. If they’re willing to break that law, makes you wonder what other laws they’re not willing to follow.
Hacienda Restaurant discriminaste against disabled individuals and denies entries to those with service dogs. They make no effort to follow ADA law when educated by a disabled patron and doubled down on their illegal, ableist, and discriminatory practices.
Ignorant management which is ok with illegal discriminatory actions toward the disabled.
Shame on you for discriminating against people with disabilities. What you’ve done is illegal and it is a disservice to the community. There are plenty of other compassionate restaurants in Goshen where I will gladly take my business.
