Today, we ordered a simple salad with shrimp and chicken taco. Both orders were saggy. We called and spoke the the manager, Rico, he was rude and insteaded that’s how a taco is made. He also said we took to long to pick up the order. We live 5 minutes away. I will never eat there again and I will not recommend Hacendia’s. They lost one loyal customer.

They vialate ADA laws to discriminate against disabled people. which is absolutely disgusting and shameful. A service animal is never going to deter me from eating in a restaurant. However, discriminatory policies and horrid management will. I will never step foot in this cesspool of an establishment. If they're openly willing to break ADA laws just imagine the health code violations taking place in the kitchen. 🤮

Illegally discriminates against service dogs. Does not comply with the ADA. Being allergic or afraid of does doesn’t make you above the law. Service dogs are REQUIRED BY LAW to be allowed access.
This place has no idea what the ADA laws are. To deny a legitimate service animal because you are allergic or scared of dogs is illegal. Don’t support a business that so blatantly discriminates against those with disabilities.
