Good Service – Thumbs up!!! I love Aveda products and the great service I have received from Habitude. Looking forward to my next appointment to get my make-up done. This will be a first and I heard it's going to be from one of the best!!!
Sad – Habitude has gotten so sad in the last year. I used to love to go and get wonderful treatments, in a pleasant atmosphere and now it is the complete oppisite. The owner can't keep ANY quality employees, i recieved an ok pedicure from the most unpleasant manicurist, and a horrible facial from the most stressed out women i have ever met at a spa, good luck trying to relax, and was pushed to buy product the ENTIRE time i was there. It's over – I've finally given up on Habitude. My third stylist no longer works there. They couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me where she went and wanted to put me with someone else in her price range. No thanks! I'd be lucky to see them a few months in a row only to get the same story again--- they quit! I also saw a couple of waxers and after working there several years they're gone, too! Hard to get the same person twice! – I finally found a girl that I liked and her prices got so high that I couldn't afford her. I went to see her for a free fringe/bang trim to tell her that I couldn't afford her anymore. She was upset and told me that her price increases were based basically off of retail, not even skill! And that she wished she'd never taken the increases because now she wasn't busy at all and missed all of her old customers. Heather really knows her skincare! – I have had two facials with Heather and she is always very informative about my skin and offers the best ways to take care of it at home. On my second visit she remembered me and the products she recommended on my first visit. She let me know where things were improving and what still needed attention. I feel like she really cares about my skin and I trust her to be honest with me about those "fine" lines I don't like to admit I have. Heidi is amazing!!!! – Lately I have had a hard time finding a hairdresser that has understood my needs and wants and created a look that fit me best, until I found Heidi. She is amazing!!! She listens, she works with what you have, gives you ideas, and is fun and entertaining as well. I highly recomend her because she is so consistent and enjoyable.
Get a pedicure with Angelina – Angelina gave me the best pedicure I have ever had! She paid so much attention to detail, gave me a great foot massage and had a warm and welcoming smile and made me feel very comfortable. My pedicure lasted a month with no chips!!! I will be booking my next pedicure with her again!
Avoid at all costs! – I came to habitude for the first time a few weeks ago. I had the worst experience i have ever had at any spa. I started out getting shown to the locker rooms by an unpleasany woman who spoke way to quickly so i didn't understand what i was suppose to do. After i got changed i went to sit in the waiting area i thought she had told me to sit in, she came to me and very shortly told me i was in the wrong area and to move to the front. Don't expect service – I bought my wife, mother and aunt gift certificates to Habitude for Christmas last year. I figured I would support a local Ballard business. Although it sounds like my mother enjoyed her "nothing special" facial and pedicure, my wife's experience was deplorable. She got a massage, facial and pedicure and although the services were average, the customer service was outrageous.
