Don't go for a massage! – My massage therapist beat me up. It's been more than a week since I got a massage, and I'm hurting in my shoulders still. I wasn't even hurting before the massage. I also did not understand why I was asked to buy a bag full of products as I left. None of them were explained to me. Why did I need them? The girl at the checkout didn't know. Habitude, what's with the bad attitude? – A few months ago I received a gc to Habitude. I went and had the ultimate facial. I paid a bit extra to get the 90 minute procedure. I was confused when the facial was over in 70 minutes. I asked about it when I was checking out. I was told that was the length of the ult. facial even though their brochure said it is a full 90 minutes. See Lynda Dube at Habitude- The Best Stylist! – I can not say enough about Lynda Dube at Habitude. Lynda has been taking care of my hair for the last two years at this salon. I had moved to southern CA for 6 months and tried to find someone at other Aveda Salons to compare and may I just say "there is no one". Tanya Brings the Old Habitude Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I had recently started using another salon for hair as I couldn't seem to connect with a "positive" experience at Habitude. Great Atmosphere – I recently went in to Habitude for a message, and was very pleased. My message therapist was very knowledgable, and was very receptive to my needs. The atmosphere is amazing, and very relaxing. I would definetly go back.
Regarding Customer Service... – As a service provider, as well as a manager, my goal is to make my clients look and feel spectacular. My relationship with each guest is very important to me, so I felt horribly when I read that I had disappointed a guest by making them feel unimportant.
