BE AWARE!!!! – Not a good value at all... Many Many mistakes on color, cut, style and service... I was recomended to Habitude by freinds who also are not returning for same reasons
Staff has attitude – I've gone to Habitude many times over the years and my experiences there only seem to get worse and worse. More than a few times I've had estheticians with attitude. Some don't even bother to be cordial prior to the treatment. The one I went to the other day barely smiled and acted like doing her job was a pain in the ass. Allergy to Walnuts disregarded – I enjoyed my very first visit to Habitude for a body wrap and pedicure. However, I told the woman who did my wrap that I was allergic to walnuts. She said I'd be fine since the wrap didn't contain any nuts, but when I got my pedicure immediately following, the nail tech starting applying an exfoliater. When I felt a little tingling, I asked her what was in it, and she said, "walnuts." THE BEST SPA ATMOSPHERE ON THE WESTSIDE! – It drives me nuts that people don't even know or haven't even experienced Habitude at the Locks. I have been a devotee since 2000 and try to spread the word when I hear people mentioning these franchised spas or the "back room of a salon" experience. Habitude is the leader in quality of service, experience and treatments. what a rip off! – When I signed up for an hour long massage, that's what I thought I'd be getting. Too bad for Vishal that I had my watch in my robe. He started my treatment more than 5 minutes late and then proceeded to end another 6-7 minutes early. At a whooping $86 just for the massage and another $17 for the use of the sauna...this experience was highly overrated. I would never set foot in there again and will be sure to tell all about my experience.
Amazing Manicure and Pedicure! – My partner and I have been to many spas in Seattle, but the ambience and beauty of Habitude the Locks was beyond amazing. I had a manicure and pedicure with Marika and my partner had a massage with Edie. The mani/pedi was so relaxing, but fun too. Marika has the massage touch and my polish lasted for 5 weeks! Impeccable service! – My husband and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary at the Habitude while on vacation in Seattle. With it being our first time ever at a spa, we didn't know quite what to expect. From the moment we walked into the door we were blown away by the attention we received from everyone we came in contact with. A very bad experience... – I booked a half day of spa services for me and a friend visiting from out of town. When we arrived, my appointments had been lost. There was no apology--I was told they didn't have any more appts for a pregnancy massage . I explained how much I had been looking forward to the massage since I'm 35 weeks pregnant. After an hour, they found someone to do the massage.
