Nice treatment but ambience needs work – I got a wonderful exfoliating body mask and was treated to the rainforest shower. My lady was awesome and I would go there again. However, my friend waited upwards of 30 minutes for her treatment to begin and was bothered by the constant sound of high-heeled shoes clicking in the hallways. I really liked the use of Aveda products and the ability to buy them downstairs. Good value, SoSo Desk People – I had made an appointment for myself and my Mother for a day of pampering. We showed up and the place had burned down a month before. When I called them about our appointments they said they had no way to contact people that had booked appointments, but there was a postcard from them when I got home toting specials...it wouldn't have been that hard or that expensive to send out a mass mailing letting us know of the tragedy. Poor Phone Etiquette – I called to ask about a certain prodcut. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and didn't even know that they carried what I was calling about. When I asked her name, she said Loni - she was abrasive and not knowledgeable. Further, she quoted the price wrong and had to correct it. What a find! – I've visited Seattle twice in the past six months and scheduled appointments at Habitude each time, first for a manicure and then for a massage. Each was a very pleasant experience. The setting is tranquil - away from the congestion of downtown, and there's free parking on site. The staff is courteous, helpful, and professional. I look forward to another visit.

get pampered here! – When I was visiting Seattle for work for a few months, this is where I would come to relax. The atmosphere and the customer service is excellent. I love the natural wood floors and the wonderful aveda smells! I have received numerous massage treatments here- the upstairs spa area is a nice retreat from hectic and stressful city life. I would go here any time I am in town!

Go Monday!! – Dayna is a fabulous person and is great at what she does. I had a leg wax with her and I will be back. It was a slow morning so she took the time to give me a personal tour of the spa and salon. The spa is so special the salon is open and airy. The only drawback is the view from the salon chairs near the window (parking lot.) Everyone I met was absolutely professional and accomodating.

Serene Hip Luxurious Spa – The new Habitude is beautiful, aromatic and luxurious. You must get a shampoo there in their Italian "floating" sinks. You've never had such a comfortable salon shampoo! The staff is professional, courteous and happy. Hair, nails, massage, aesthetics, all wonderful! The only drawback is that artwalk nights are filled with L.A.-types...

SO FABULOUS! – I was going to the Old Town Habitude before it burnt down, I was SO sad. But the 1st time I walked into the new salon at the Locks, it took my breath away. So open and cozy. Ruth is the BEST and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist.

Check it out for yourself! – I moved to Habitude for my Hair Designer Joetta and manicurist Kristine. I followed these two from a previous salon and they are reason enough to check out Habitude!
