Great Atmosphere – I recently went in to Habitude for a message, and was very pleased. My message therapist was very knowledgable, and was very receptive to my needs. The atmosphere is amazing, and very relaxing. I would definetly go back.
Regarding Customer Service... – As a service provider, as well as a manager, my goal is to make my clients look and feel spectacular. My relationship with each guest is very important to me, so I felt horribly when I read that I had disappointed a guest by making them feel unimportant. Worst Customer Service – Don't ever go to Habitude - they have the worst customer service. I made a first-time appointment there even though I had heard bad things from ex-employees, from online reviews, and even though the receptionist was extremely rude. I arrived on time and was told to change and sit in the chairs. 30 minutes went by and no one came to get me.
