I had a terribe experience with Habitat Pest Control. While Minh's roach consultation was friendly and knowledgeable, their pricing wasn't the most competitive. The service technician was 30 minutes late, leaving significant pesticide puddles in various areas, claiming it would dry on its own. The payment process, especially with Phuong or Jennifer, was a nightmare � aggressive and rude. Had a yellow jacket nest in a spreading yew in a part of the back yard we (my wife two small dogs and me) use all day long in the summer. It is smack dab between the main house and my office. Found Habitat through HomeAdvisor. Placed a call Sunday morning (after being stung Saturday night) and got a call-back from Minh Hong about an hour later.
