Other than not calling me to indicate the pest control person was running late and stuck in traffic, the service was fine. Better communication would have been preferred so I could schedule around their time and mine.

I had a roof rat problem (eeew!). I live in the MIL suite of a large home. We soon figured out that he couldn't simply treat my attic. He had to get to the attic of the main house. When the problem didn't seem to subside immediately, we figured out there were two different attics in the main house for a total of three entry points, which includes mine. Man was to timid to do any thing onhis own. Had to find dead rat on my own. Smell was rechid man did nothing to kill smell.
