We have to control the adults and the eggs as they hatch. The application has a residual that targets only the pest and continues to work even when the treatment is done.
The agent was very kind and helpful. But the actual work he did was just put some traps here and there as I described to him as a potential affected area. and that's it. He asked me to wait two weeks. So I think you can also buy traps and put them wherever you want to do the same with a lot lower price

I certainly appreciated the prompt response I received, followed by skilled service that left me knowing I selected the best company to effectively and efficiently satisfy my needs.
The project was not top notch. They did show up on time, but the project was not finished as expected. The person who came didn't catch the rat as we expected. He was asking us for boxes to catch the rat, which I say he didn't come well prepared. The guy just left us a trap for the rat, which the rat never used. Then he left.

Very Helpful. We have adjoining garages in a townhouse community and they gave us a very good deal for a unit of 6 connecting garages. And very thorough with inspecting outside areas as well. Plus even though I am hiring a handyman to cover up the holes after the job is done, Mihn sat down with me and explained the best materials to use to get the job done right.
It seemed that the bugs were 'swarming' (toward my neighbor's yard. It took a few days for the stragglers to give up. No sign of them now, thank you very much.
