I am primary caregiver for my dad and Dr. Habenicht has always been kind and considerate. She knows her stuff and has treated me and my dad with respect and a true sense of caring. The Plaza Urologist group office seems to always be hustling but always professional.
I started out really liking this urologist. I have found myself going through a divorce, moving and working TWO jobs. I have had to re-schedule three appointments and I receive a NASTY letter from this doctor discontinuing the doctor/patient relationship due to my cancellations. Mind you, I did NOT "no show." I called well in advance to re-schedule so I did not have to miss work at one of my two jobs. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Needs a course in compassion.
