Very poor customer care- unreliable tax preparation people. No fixed price sheet or any description of services provided. I expect people to know their jobs and not have to call in any help from others.
I dont give them any stars was in to do my taxes with my wife, that I am in a divorce with my wife has tried to manipulate and be vindictive about taxes. The fact that she tried to file taxes says enough, but she has gone to the links of letting it be drawn out until the very end And she couldnt file taxes on her own because she needed my W-2 so I did all the work to get an appointment set up. I had the extreme displeasure of working with ***************** at this location. She said she was going to file my contractors' ****s and when she filled out the forms, she made a bunch of mistakes. When I called to have her correct them, I was told I would have to make an appointment. I did this three times and she never called at at point. They take your money and say they will stand behind you if you are audited which is a bunch of bull
H&R Block of Winchester,Indiana charged me $495 to do my federal & state taxes . Last year I paid $270 I had less deduction I have 1 duplex I rent . I wont be going back I believe the manager cheated me out of the difference I wont be going back
NO STARS, 100% Guarantee is a SHAM!!!! I initially purchased Turbo Tax Premium and they didnt have the forms to file my NEW BUSINESS, so I purchased H&R Premium and Business Program specifically for the **** form and K-1 filing. After buying at Office Depot, went home to try and get started, couldn't find the website to put my Activation Code in.
