DONT USE THIS COMPANY . I have been using them for over 5 years now and this year when I logged in ALL my business information was GONE. So I had to manually redo all of that info, specifically my depreciations, which is a pain in the ****. No one had anything to tell me except "we dont save your personal information." I got charged too much to do the taxes and plus on top of that I got another ******************* from the irs and I asked ***** if I would be charged and said it has nothing to do with us he explained about the tax tables but the real pro is about me not having enough money and the irs website is so stupid because I tried verifying my drivers license a million times and it still can't verify my account when I got an email saying my account was verified. They take your money with out explaining your options even when you ask. Studded to have owed money and then additional money was charged after it was questioned. No one seems to truly care about the clients! I will never ever put my trust in this place again. DO NOT GO TO PLAISTOW H&R BLOCK!

Not only are they slow, they are not able to keep track of my documents to finish everything I needed done. Once reminded, they dragged their feet. I finally went in and asked for my property tax return to complete it myself. The tax prepper never even bothered to get up from his desk. Front desk staff was apathetic and handed me my documents. No offer to refund. Awful

we have tried over and over to contact h and r block and the automated system hang up on us every time. Their phone can system is useless to me..

I had my original tax preparation appointment with the H&R Block office at ***** ***************** Suite #** in ******************************** on March 10, 2022 at 7 pm EST. I arrived and after waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I was finally linked up with my tax preparer who stated the previous client had taken longer than scheduled and since the office closed at 8 pm EST I was asked to re-scheduled to March 17th at 6 pm EST to allow for a two hour session due to my tax situation. When I dropped my taxes off the girl at the front desk and no idea what she was doing and had to keep interrupting the only tax preparer that was their with another customer. After a week they still hadn't been able to assign my file to a preparer because my taxes were to complex. I ended up just picking them up and taking them somewhere else but when I picked them up the guy just handed me my packet. I have been using H&R Block for several years without any problems but this current tax year has been nothing but problems I havent received my state refund yet and H&R Block doesnt wanna reissue another check.
