I would not recommend an H&H home. I moved in last year. It seemed as if the job was rushed. Before the home was complete the contract told me I could contact him anytime. That was a lie. After I closed he could not be found or contacted. I've been trying for the last 4 months to get the nails and sheet rock repaired after the year inspection and no one has been available to repair either of them. I do not recommend them.

I would NOT recommend buying from H&H Homes/Dream Finder Homes. They changed the name due to bad ratings. Anyway, we signed a contract with them on 7/23/21. As of today, 9/21/22 they told us it would be the end of November 2022 before we could close. The original closing date was 3/30/22. Thank goodness we did not have to find a place to live during that time and were able to stay in our current rental. The construction superintendent was fired as he wasn't getting any work completed. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Horrible company when comes to standing by workmanship. Purchased new home in 2020, constantly called about issues and was told all would be addressed toward end of warranty period. Warranty year came and went and now they are claiming they had no notice of issues. If you have chance to buy from H&H don't do it, take all your money and burn it, you will still have better product than theirs. Managers are liars and don't stand behind work. 3 months after signing the contract I got a call from H&H stating that they could no longer build the home at the agreed price and wanted an additional $32K. This company Says they give affordable housing to veterans but think nothing of cheating a disabled veteran. They said they would return my deposit but I'm still waiting. Buyer beware!

Can you leave no reviews? Where does one begin when their “new home” literally falls apart a little each year. Don’t get me started on all of the lazy short cuts they took improperly installing cabinets, floors, base boards shit screw job, builders primer on places it shouldn’t be. Shitty plumbing that breaks YEARLY SINCE YEAR one so with that brings multiple leaks that are quite costly. HORRIBLE. I would NOT recommend this builder. They are in a hurry to receive your money and then there is NO activity. The agent is CLUELESS. They do not communicate anything. Even when you ask - the agent has no follow through. (Had to go over her head multiple times). There was mistake after mistake during the building process that (thank goodness) we found because the builders had to fix things, make holes, and or move doors (items that should not have been mistakes in the first place). Absolutely the WORST HOMEBUILDER - MILITARY PERSONNEL - STAY AWAY. POOR WORKMANSHIP AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ABSOLUTELY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME IN THE HOME BUYING PROCESS!!!
