I went into the store today (Jan. 27, 17) around 7:35 AM with my sick child and was denied medication because they were in the middle of inventory and hadn't lifted the gate. Unfortunately, what my daughter needed - Sudafed - can only be purchased from behind the counter. I understand the need to store certain items behind the counter, but I don't understand WHY the pharmacist would prioritize inventory over a child in need of a specific medication. This is the best HEB in Texas! � We have lived in several other cities and nothing compares to your amazing customer service! From the cashiers, to the bakery workers, to the seafood counter....everyone is always so friendly. I cannot say thank you enough to the workers who at every grocery shopping trip when I have my little ones in tow, always makes a point to help me unload my groceries at the check-out, with a warm smile. My favorite grocery store. The people there are always so helpful, the fruit is always fresh and the meat is always good. I am so happy with HEB.
