I always love my shopping experience at HEB Spring Creek Market. Clean store, friendly team members that genuinely care, and exceptional food choices. A perfect illustration of what it is to be a great team member is, Mr. Lonnie, the Lot attendant. His friendliness is contagious with even a simple "Hello"... :) You can see his hard work ethic, and know he has a great impression on those coming up through the ranks of service there. God bless Mr. Lonnie.
I am always impressed by the exceptional customer service here but today an employee went above and beyond as I was waiting out the pouring rain with my baby and toddler in tow. She helped me with them and my groceries and she loaded my groceries (getting wet in the process) while I loaded the kids. I don't have her name but she was phenomenal. Thank you!
I usually love you guys at HEB, but yesterday I ended up getting home with a totally squishy overripe? seedless watermelon (the second time that has happened to me this season from your store. They look fine on the outside but the inside is disgusting ), my bag of coopers farms peaches totally smashed, and we purchased shrimp at the seafood counter that somehow never made it into our bags. We just don't have a lot money to waste on food or the gas to keep returning back there so these things are disappointing.
I just had a frustrating experience checking out.... A young man named Ronnie was told to bag for a young lady named Sarah..but instead he chose to argue with the cashier so neither continued to bag... So I suppose it was left to me! I had just spent 4 hours in my car traveling and ready to get home... Thanks!
We love this store! Everyone is helpful and I have always had minimal waits in line. Today the manager jumped in and took us from another line to keep us from waiting too long. Great selection, fresh everything and wonderful layout has made this our new store.
Thanks so much Leonard for giving my car a boost when the battery died! 3rd time was a charm...glad we tried 'one more time'.
