I feel so honored to work for such an incredible company. All of our partners are very well taken care of by management, and we get to return the favor to our customers. I love getting to talk to customers out at the gas station, and I love even more to provide them all with a clean and safe gas station!
HEB is world class and my hero, I went back this afternoon hoping for a partial credit and was completely surprised when management said full refund! Way to go HEB, I'll be back tomorrow to buy groceries for the week. (Edited from this mornings 2 stars to 5 stars) The store is beautiful but the bakery is a huge disappointment, picked up Sarah's cake and it's a leaning tower...check out the pictures on my page.
Never ever ever ever going to this HEB again. I was so excited when it was being built and was so disappointed when I finally was able to shop here. I have two children making it impossible to shop with single seat carts. I thought I would give it a chance and use one of the car carts (which are smaller than all other HEBs). On my way out, groceries were falling off my cart. Chips fell off, resulting in me running them over and now I have two bags of chips that are completely ruined because the carts are not big enough.
