Always friendly and helpful staff, with a sense of humor and a smile. Yesterday being halloween, extra funny! Loved the multicolored squash display!
I had Sarah at the express check out today. She is always so friendly. Today she was having trouble finding someone to unlock the tobacco case for a customer but came back and apologized several times for the inconvenience. The line grew a bit but she remained friendly. She's one of the nicest employees at this store..always a pleasure.
My husband and I went shopping on a very busy Saturday afternoon. A young girl working in the beauty department was very helpful. I didn't get her name but she took me directly to each item I asked her about. She is always very nice and helpful every time I go/see her- I will make sure to get her name so that I can make sure she gets recognition. Then the cashier, Joel, was super nice. We love this store. Not only is it convenient, but we have had nothing but positive exchanges with any employee we have encountered. Miss Shawanda, Tremiece and miss Gail remember us by name every time, and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in the store and like friends. Our daughter loves going "shopping" there and we couldn't be happier with the experiences we've had there since it opened last June!
Had another wonderful experience with HEB bakery! Thank you for making my son's birthday memorable!
