Usually love this store but feeling ripped off today after buying their Crawfish 🦞. Most of the bag is dead and going straight in the trash. Disappointed 😞

Normally I’m overjoyed with this store. I was there the day the system crashed and they were scrambling to put peoples carts in the coolers, they were on the spot with water and open explanations about everything. Today however, was definitely a disappointment, especially after being told different stories by basically the same person in the bakery. Curbside delivery was a necessity when I injured my knee 3 months ago. I still use it on busy weeks!
Great layout and variety of items. I’ve been living in Texas for a week and wouldn’t trade HEB for any other grocery store!
