There moving around items and it doesn't make sense. It's completely disorganized and employees don't know where items are. People couldn't be bothered for help. Wish we had other stores to shop at.
It's very upsetting that HEB gave my 2 year old a ticket for the event but yet she's now eligible to receive a goodie bag because she hasn't started preschool! And it's more upsetting because she's a special baby
I got a free digital coupon to get a product ( Twice as Soft 4 Soft Roll 2ply). Went in store did not see it anywhere. This young man happen to be in the area restocking making sure it was stocked. He noticed product I looked for was not in hand so he gave me a (12 double Roll of Twice as Soft tissue paper) Free. Said try this product mem if you like it you come back for more. Awesome service from Director Zeke! � Happy Customer. I always pay around 150.00 in Groceries by the way. But hey free product is Nice
