You need a better system for your online ordering! How dare you make someone wait a week for their order and pay the day of the order, only to cancel the day of! You should only take orders IF you have the product so that you can go somewhere else if need be!How horrible, the only saving grace was the delivery driver, she was awesome!
Curbside orders aren’t being fulfilled even though Items are in stock at store . And being charged ahead of time for orders is completely unacceptable. As a nurse with very limited time or opportunity to even get to stores with your shortened hours having to be told my order couldn’t be fulfilled only an hour before I was due to pick it up. Then having multiple people send me pictures of the images being in the store I ordered from is completed unacceptable. RecommendedI can only say it like this. (1) they are keeping the shelves stocked up on mostly everything that people need. (2) there very friendly staff and nice to the shoppers. (3) through the Situation we are all facing with this Virus they are working hard to keeping the buggy’s cleaned and Sanitize as shoppers enter the store and they have Sanitize wipes for everyone so they can clean their hands. SHAME ON YOU HEB! This man should have been allowed to stay right where he was and be next in line people and all those people around him and behind him should be ashamed of themselves for not allowing him at the front of the line
