I placed a curbside order that I had to wait two weeks for bc of the current situation. Ok, completely understandable. I get a notification that my order is ready for pickup on the 18th, so I go to the store. I wait at least 20 minutes to be able to pull into a curbside spot, only to have the employee come and tell me they don’t have any of my order available. It is now the 1st, and I have yet to receive a refund or some kind of acknowledgment of my order not being fulfilled.

RecommendedWe had our first curbside pickup from HEB today and we are very happy with the service. I love shopping at the Taylor store because staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I can usually find what I’m looking for.

RecommendedThe H-E-B that I go to in Deer Park, Texas has done such an extravagant job of keeping their customers safe and it looks like their employees as well. I think all grocery store chains could take a lesson from this particular H-E-B store. H-E-B overall is a spectacular store.
RecommendedWe just did our grocery shopping andThey are doing a great job, implementing social distancing, mandatory sanitizing on each and everyone who comes in to shop, sanitized shopping cart for the shoppers and continously cleaning and sanitizing areas like freezer doors and shelves, etc.. I think they are doing a fantastic job to lessen up the curve..
