RecommendedLet me brag on the Lake Jackson HEB! We were in line at 0700 this morning, and they had us spaced out. The manager let us inside by groups, and every single cart was wiped down and sanitized. Everything was orderly, most items were stocked (or they had reasonable substitutes), and they had people stocking constantly. I was able to get everything on my list. I am one of the people who did not freak out and buy what I did not need. I have a compromised Immune system. now I can not get what I DO need. Store should have put restrictions on OVER buying.

I placed a Curbside pickup order. After my order was excepted my card was charged $94.00. Then I received an email that my order was pushed out 1 wk. Cancelled order, could not wait a week for food. Not upset we understand the demand. When I called the store they said I would get the refund same day. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND I NEVER GOT A REFUND!! So, now I have no money and no food. BEWARE, if you place an order online, your money is gone! HEB STOLE $94.00 FROM ME!
