I am always happy at this HEB over San Benito and Port Isabel till three days ago went to check out wrote a check for $141.00 and the cashier watted up my coupons from the printer and threw them away I informed him I wanted those he said the printer is broken and has been broken all shift and if I wanted a manager he would be more than happy to get one this person in front of me informed me this happened to them as well there were other registers that were closed..... I like this store, but I'm considering going elsewhere to buy deli products. There is such disorganization at their deli. They're always under staffed. I don't think I need get into a fight just to purchase ham and cheese.
