Damaged my hair in the coloring process, color was lighter than I wanted as well. I first tried to breach out with multiple text and phone calls as to how we could fix it, maybe just cut the ends or a toner but no one ever responded to any of my voicemails or texts. Very disappointed.
Hisham is so good and detailed. He does what is best for you not his wallet! Always takes care of his clients.

He’s not in the business to ruin your hair! He is GREAT! You’re paying for QUALITY and years of experience! The staff is also very friendly and approachable!
