I love that they have that little kitchen setting in here. A lot of people go here every day and I just realized that I go here almost every day for the last two weeks.

DO NOT hold your bday here if you plan to cut the cake. These ridiculous people charged a fee of $3 per person to hold the cake!!! They did not even cut it for us. All they did was refrigerate the cake and then brought it back out. We had 8 people... so that's $24 for that? That's the cost of a cake! No restaurant I have been to, no matter of what level would charge this without letting the patrons know first. What a JOKE! And then they dared to add a 20% tip? For what??? For bringing the food out and plates back in? THAT do... read more

Our favorite place in town – For sure our favorite place in town. There is a grill in the middle of the table and you cook your own food. Takes about 5min, it is super cool. Service is awesome, very professional, waiters are on top of it. Highly recommend going during happy hour (everything half off). The kids love this place, always bugging to go. Its the birthday choice for out teenager. If we go during happy hour we drop about $50 - $60 for the four of us (including 30-35% tip). J

Korean food sold overpriced in Japanese name – food is good. but they are overpriced and the customer service....not good. and most of food there is Korean food. It is similar to authentic Korean BBQ but can get better food in lower price in other places. I've been to better Japanese restaurants with good sushi...

Poor Food Standards. – I got FOOD POISONING here. You can't get sick from undercooked beef so it must be either their sanitation standards or improper food storage. I skipped lunch before I came, so it couldn't have been anything else I ate that day. On top of it all, the waiter insisted that we pay. I was too sick to know that. Otherwise I would've puked on him to make my point. Bad food and rude staff. F- in my book.

Food is excellent – So I read good and bad reviews, decided to go anyway. And I can tell you, it was the right decision. Since it was our first time at the place, we went with recommendations, which are marked clearly on the menu. Started off with Tuna appetizer and Gyu-Kaku salad. And our palate was happy already. The Chateau Briand beef ($25) was heavenly. That was the actual word I used to describe the taste. We both (me and my wife) also acknowledged that that was probably the best meat we ever tasted. We also tried Kobe... read more

Favorite Place to Eat – I have been a customer of Gyu-Kaku for about a year now. I can not get over their great food and service. Korean BBQ is a great invention and very creative. I will continue being their customer for the times to come. Give it a try you will not regret it.
