I had an incredibly unprofessional and hostile experience with a staff member/manager named Rob who exhibited extremely rude and abusive behavior. He was aggressive This type of toxic behavior is completely unacceptable, and management needs to address his conduct immediately.
Gwl doesn't care about the wellbeing or comfort of their tenants. All they care about is increasing your rent every year and not allowing amenities that can increase quality of life. Wanting to charge 125$ a month for a heat pump in an apartment that gets up to 30 in the summer is disgusting.
