We dealt with the manager Joseph. We spoke on the phone for a couple of hours yesterday before driving an hour into the dealership. He gave me a "ball park" on my payment. He assured me this would go down because he was going to get his used car manager to go down on this price to earn our business. So of course we get there and the payment was $50+ more than what we discussed. His excuse for this was because I was off on our payoff by $600. Can't go wrong with this place everyone is very professional. It's a clean facility and they do a good job.
I have shopped at Gwinnett Place Honda since 2005. They give the best customer service in the car business, bar none. The service department is courteous. The salespeople are kind and considerate. The parts department give you what is needed in a timely manner. Continue the great work, GPH.
Excellent service AND they didn't push me on any upsell!! I brought my car in for an oil change after evacuating from South Florida for Hurricane Irma. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and they didn't try to sell me the kitchen sink after the service as most places do. If I'm ever in town and in need again, I'll definitely take my car to Gwinnett Place! I believe my service guy's name was Rick... he was awesome.
