I have great service when i come here. I thought all Honda dealerships were the same but I was wrong. I’ve never had a bad experience with Gwinnett Honda. Grade A service and I can’t count how many times I’ve visited this location for various reasons.

I have been dealing with Gwinnett Place Honda for several years. Paul Hett is a good man. He is the only person I will purchase a car from, used or Brand new. the service department are all wonderful people.
Every time I come here I am astounded by the service. Most recently Brandon Wood assisted me, and he (like all the others in the past) was very professional and helpful. I love that there is a complimentary car wash with my maintenance and service plan. I always leave feeling not just safe but in a shiny vehicle.
Representative My Ana was quick, polite and concerned about my needs. No hard sale on what I need now but in near future. Area was equipped to assist customer, i.e., news, phone chargers for various pgones, and hot coffee with worker ensuring area remains clean and coffee hot. Vending machines were available for other food tastes. Thanks again for your services and checking on my experience.
