Came here for the last 2 oil changes and also my front driver side tired kept getting low on air. The first time they said its just the sensor system setting and the second time is because the tires on the front are different brand ... what a joke. I went to discount tire and they found a screw in 15 minutes.
By letting customers change their mind on a car purchase within a few days! I was not granted that privilege when I bought a car there and then returned it in 3 days because of an unforeseen issue! Gwinnett Place kept over $3000 of my $6000 down payment! Even though I'm looking genuinely now for a car, and Gwinnett Place has the largest inventory, I would not buy from them because they treated me very poorly previously!
I want to thank Michael Torez, service advisor, for assistance scheduling my Honda for services. He was very helpful and thorough explaining costs, rentals and recalls. I would definitely recommend Gwinnett Place Honda.

Very friendly & helpful staff at the Collision Center - Matt made my difficult experience due to a car wreck much easier with his understanding,honesty & keeping me updated in a timely manner and I was very appreciative that my damaged car was restored 10 days before expected finish date !
If you are thinking about buying a new Honda Odyssey Touring or Elite DO NOT DO IT .. we have had problems with the Entertainment unit since Day one , we have been in and out of service for 4 weeks and we are being told that there is no fix yet . ....
Awesome customer service!!!!! they care about the consumer which is very rare theese days.
