The worst excuse for a customer service program that I have ever experienced. 700 miles into a 2019 CR-V and I’m left stranded in a rural area (with no Uber service) when the car won’t start. Third vehicle purchase and I’m an hour and a half from the dealership. They refuse to bring a loaner or replacement while this is towed. GET AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN.
