Got my new Civic's first oil change and tire rotation. I called the day before to make an appointment for first thing in the morning at 7:20 pm. When I arrived, Trevin was the associate helping me and he made everything smooth as far as checking in and seeing what was needed to be done. I was in and out of there in less than an hour! Great service and great customer experience :)

Just drove over an hour to look at an accord. Ready to pay on the spot. My wife has been in communication with salesman for a couple of days. When we got there we had to deal with another salesman and once they went to get the car...it had departed that morning. Not sold, but departed. Someone could have let us know before we came over.
