Under the Hendrick maintenance program you never know what needs to be completed and the advisors recommend things WELL BEFORE they are actually due. Generally a good experience. However on Friday July 24 I was in for the third time for an A/C problem. So, far this has cost over $3,00 and the A/C still does not work. I have a return visit scheduled for Thursday July 30 for a fourth visit.

hi, i just wanted to give some feedback on the service we received Sunday. Zachary Blanchard was knowledgeable and listened to our needs. The finance guy, (I wish I could remember his name) was great. We walked in and out without feeling harassed or pushed. We left in our new car and are loving it! Honda Accord Hybrid.
