Bought our second CR-V in late 2018 there along with an oil change package. Second time using and made the appointment on line for a Monday morning. Greeted promptly by Covousier and order written up quickly. In and out in less than an hour along with a fairly in depth inspection. Car wash included and will be happy to go back in another few thousand miles. Very professional and efficient service.

So I got a 2020 Accord and they don’t put spare tires in their cars anymore. So I got a flat. Luckily I had the bumper to bumper warranty. But I had to have my car towed to the dealership I bought my car at that was 45 minutes away. Then I can’t ride in the tow truck due to Covid. So I had to get a Lyft to drive me the 45 minute drive. For maximum fuel efficiency and to create a lighter vehicle, American Honda does not include a spare tire in its Hybrid models, but there is storage available if the customer desires to purchase. One of the few honest dealerships out there. Did some work on my own car so I knew what needed to be changed. Technician came back and said fluids looked good. If he said otherwise he would have been lying. Thank you for being open and honest!
