All staff members are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are quick to reply to phone messages and messages sent through the portal. Making appointments is always very easy.

I’ve heard great things about Dr. Roberts, I made the decision to switch to this pediatrician and even wait a month and a half passed my daughters 1st birthday to get in to see her. I called the day before to confirm the appointment time and was told someone “accidentally” removed my appointment off the schedule and they “aren’t sure when they will be able to get me back in”!!! Dr Herd and all of the staff at Gwinnett pediatrics are so great. Everyone is sweet and welcoming and they take amazing care of my little girl. I’d recommend them to anyone!
Dr. Smiley has been our kids’ doctor since birth (16 years now), and we can’t say enough good things about her! At their well check-ups, she’s always so thorough and personable. She takes the time to discuss any concerns we have, remembers little details about the kids and their interests... just a very special doctor! I will be very sad when our family “outgrows” her!
We love GPAM! We usually see Dr. Stickney. He is always so informative and personable. He even takes the time to perform check ups on my little boy’s Tonka Trucks. Everyone we’ve seen at the practice has been wonderful too! We highly recommend this practice!
