Stayed at the Shelbourne tried for 3 days to contact the spa . It's not associated with the hotel but never an answer voice mail is full and never saw anyone at the spa

My friend and I had the pleasure of getting our massage at GUYandGIRL Spa for her birthday. Jenni made sure everything was set up nicely for us. Our masseuse were very pleasant and did an amazing job. Very clean, comfortable and friendly environment. Highly recommend. Jackie-Hope
Let me start by saying I am a massage therapist, and so is the person I went here with and I work for a high end spa in philadelphia. I booked the power couples massage for me and my best friend AFTER spending the last 2 days looking for a spa with amenities ,we were charged up front for the price of the service and that should have been the first red flags. The reviews are accurate and the GUYandGIRL Spa at the Shelborne should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Simply put, the website falsely advertises and the Shelborne staff condone it. There is no soak included in the Power Couple massage for $375. We were told it was an additional $40, yet it is described as included in the treatment.
