The women taking calls were so helpful and kind! They came and gave knowledgeable and very reasonable estimates for two different issues. The one issue was causing minor leaking into our basement and they came and fixed it quickly and affordably. James, the technician who did the work explained things every step of the way. Cincy Gutter boys will be getting more business from us in the future and we will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
I was vey impressed from the time they let me know they were coming until they left. I have had a local company clean them in the past, after several attempts, they still were not clean and they told me they would have to charge me more because when the guy went up on the ladder he was a little scared because it was so high.
