Don’t use this company, there’s even a “Cincy Gutter Boys” scam page on fb. When they send you an email, there’s a scam alert notice “do not reply.” They take your credit card info before the appt, but there’s no appt, they show up when they want to. They run a garden hose through your gutters and tell you it’s fine. There’s no camera, they didn’t clean anything out. They are unprofessional and argumentative.

Adam, Tim, and Valentino were fantastic - all competent, polite and helpful. Were efficient and friendly, accommodated requests with no problem. Price point was good until the manager tried to charge $300 to add a fascia board for what would have been less than $50 at Lowe's. I would have them back no problem, but will ask more questions about add-ons next time.

Got a quote once and Im harassed by them through spam calls and spam mail all the time with spam. Dont give them any of your info, they are relentless.

I happened been satisfied with my experience using Cincy Gutter Boys (also called Ned's Gutters). I had them come out to replace a facia board and a gutter and the facia board they originally brought was the wrong size, so they had to come out again the next day with the correct sized board. Then facia board they brought the day after was only primed and not painted to match the house. Not impressed with the person that answered the phone, was told they don't repair they replace. But website lists many services including repair.
