At first I thought this was going to be a rare jem where they actually cared about the customer and not just about making a sale. Bought a car at another nissan dealership got the extended warranty, My extended warranty was where I only had to pay a 50 dollar deductible for each item fixed. Every time I took it in to Gurley leep (which was 3 times) it kept changing. For a 10,000 car I only had 2 years it ended up needing over 7,000 of work. Just in there today to look at buying a new car. Instead I was treated very poorly by one of the mechanics there who made condescending, sexist remarks to me. I got up and walked out and went a purchased the vehicle I was interested in at another local dealership.
We just leased our second vehicle from Gurley Leep In 2014 we leased a new Altima. Our experience was great thanks to Denny Moss. We never had any problems with the vehicle and oils changes from the service department we without problems , the courtesy driver even dropped us off at a nearby restaurant for breakfast while we waited and then a call when car was finished picked us up. Outstanding customer service.. Brandon and Chad made sure we got the vehicle with the options we were looking for and gave us a great price on our trade in. I am very discussed in the way my husband and I were treated. We were turning in our lease and because we were not purchasing another car from them we were treated like dog crap! The shop was dirty and the staff was rude. Not only to us but they were cussing at each other too. I would never go back or refer anyone!!!

You were amazing about getting us back on the road quickly, and very understanding of how inconvenient being without a vehicle can be. We live in Michigan and you had us fixed up same day.
