My mom bought a car there a week ago has been trying to talk to the salesman about issues that she had mentioned during delivery and he keeps avoiding us whenever we call and will not answer voice messages left… This is very poor business in my opinion.
This dealership totally screwed me over after I bought a car from them. They did not register my vehicle after they told me my plate would come in the mail. This dealer lied. The car I bought had a issue I noticed during the test drive. The salesman said it was a loose bolt. Got screwed on a part that cost me $1600. I will never do business with this place again. Still seeking a refund for the registration fees collected at the time of purchase...
Aeriel is the best. Purchased 2 vehicles from her and she even drove to NW Indiana to deliver one to us!
