I thought Ben was an awsome sales person not pushy at all. Took the time running and getting several keys and pulling the cars out of the rows so we could find just the rite car. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is I think some of there protocals could be improved. I understand I was there at a busy time but was a lengthy process. I wish I could give more stars! Cassie and Brian went SO above and beyond helping us I still can't believe it! We were SO very upside down on our trade and had the worst experience at the other dealership we had purchased from. This was so much more than I could have every asked for in a car buying experience and I will be going to Gurley Leep Nissan for our next vehicle for sure!
Thank you to Michael Nelms, and the other two gentleman who helped me get into the perfect 2017.5 Rogue lease! It is absolutely perfect and they were so easy to work with! They took my trade that I owed a lot on with no issue. We worked on the numbers to get everything right where I wanted it. I was very impressed and I will be returning to upgrade my lease when the time comes!! Thank you guys!!!
Cassie Gaines was our sales person and she was great! Down to earth, not pushy, and didn't try and sell us something we didn't want because it fit in our budget. She worked to get us the car we wanted. Ended up with a Nissan Juke. Love it! All the people involved in the sale were nice and professional. Thank you all
