Gurley Leep worked diligently with me to get not only the vehicle I wanted but all the features and the payment! Excellent customer service and Gavin Rose was exceptional!
No problems with the sales team but the service department is horrible.$150.00 dollar diagnostic fee too tell me a ground squirrel had gotten into the fan motor and then recommending that i have a whole list of things done,like changing brake fluid,perform a/c refresh service and 4 wheel alignment among other things for a total of $1100 dollars and this is on a 2016 nissan with 22,000 miles on it.So if all of this needs to be done it should be covered by the warranty.But maybe they make a junk product or just trying too rip ... read more
Purchased a Nissan Pathfinder this past Saturday. We had already test driven 8 other brands (mid size 3 row SUVs). We immediately fell in love with this one. Smoothest ride, quietest. Sales Professional Dave Beaty was of great assistance in helping us thru the process of getting the Rogue that we wanted. Took time to explain all of the features (although it will take some reinforcement as the vehicle is loaded with useful features). If you're considering a smaller SUV/crossover check the Rogue as many features are standard that will cost extra with other brands. Have Dave explain it to you...
This is my second rogue lease from gurley leap. I will not go to anyone else to lease or buy a vehicle. My sales person was Terry and she was fantastic. Spent alot of time helping us get an upgrade we wanted. She made the experience fun and enjoyable. We love our new rogue. We got a red one and everytime I go out and see it I smile. It is beautiful!!
