Purchased my dream car a 2012 chrysler 300 from Gurley leep. Adam was our sales person he was extremely easy to work with and very helpful even in the frigid cold/snow as was the rest of the staff we dealt with they had me out on the road enjoying my new ride in no time at all. Definitely worth the 3 hour drive!
Just want to say how much I enjoyed purchasing my car here. You guys got me into the car I wanted for the terms I was looking for. Bought a brand new truck and they wouldn't budge or work with me on pricing. Sales lady was kind of rude and belittling, mocking my choices of vehicles. I was desperate for a vehicle and I pretty much had to buy one, fast. Paid full price -- no free oil change, or a free car wash... just a thank you card. Big deal!
Not very good on warranty car isn't but a month old windshield is cracking (not from being hit ) they say we have to turn in to our insurance when it's a defect
I tried to trade in my Jetta for a Passat. The sales person was rude, they completely undervalued my trade in and the financing they offered wasn't even mathematically correct. No one tried to find alternatives or a cheaper vehicle. One we were done, they just thanked me for wasting my time and walked away. I went to Tyler Automotive in Niles and I was treated with respect.
